We started Gatherly after years of watching hosts juggle five vendors for one party — a tent from here, chairs from there, linens from somewhere else, and nobody answering the phone on event week.

So we built the company we wished existed: one warehouse, one coordinator, one crew. You tell us the date, the venue and the headcount. We handle the floor plan, the trucks, the setup and the pickup.

Today we outfit more than a thousand gatherings a year, from backyard weddings to trade-show floors — and every item still comes back through our own inspection benches.
