Cancellations

Cancel more than 30 days before your event for a full deposit refund. Cancellations 14–30 days out receive 50% back; inside 14 days the deposit converts to a 12-month rebooking credit.

Date changes

Move your event once, free of charge, subject to availability — your deposit and item selections travel with you.

Damage and loss

Normal event wear is always on us. Accidental damage can be covered by an optional waiver at checkout; without a waiver, items are repaired or replaced at cost.

After the event

Our crew collects everything — you never clean, stack or return a thing. Just bag the linens in the sacks we leave behind.
