Our tent packages start with a site visit: we measure the ground, check access for trucks and stakes, and size the structure to your guest count plus dancing, dining and service zones.
Then we build the full envelope — tent, flooring, lighting, sidewalls, doors and climate tie-ins — so rain, sun or wind never touch your timeline.

Peak-season weekends (May–October) typically reserve 3–6 months out. Off-season or weekday events can often be accommodated within two weeks.
Yes. We pull tent permits, call utility locates and choose staking or ballast based on your surface — grass, asphalt or concrete.
Your package includes sidewalls on standby and a rain plan agreed in advance. Our crew can enclose a tent in under an hour.
